Job Title: Tenancy Sustainment Officer
Location: Based in Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £19,385 per annum following successful completion of 6 month probationary period
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Tenancy Sustainment Officer – The Role:
We have a great opportunity for 3 Tenancy Sustainment Officers at our Stoke-on-Trent service. You will help those without a plan, without a voice and without a home, build concrete futures by addressing the underlying issues that keep people from finding and securing a home of their own.
To be successful in this role you will have a basic knowledge and understanding of the needs of the client group; knowledge and practice in housing and tenancy management in relation to statutory obligations, and a track record in effective tenancy management, particularly voids and arrears management.
You will have sound written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to achieve positive outcomes, proven IT skills together with great organisational and time management abilities.
A car owner/driver is desirable for occasional transporting of clients.
