This role

You will work alongside a cross section of colleagues to lead and deliver business change activities across MTVH. This role will conduct detailed research and analysis to inform business change decisions and solutions. The main focus will be on process review and business requirements, utilising expert business knowledge and specialist analysis skills to ensure that the right business decision and subsequent change is implemented.

Your role will be pivotal within project teams and you will also act as a lead for smaller changes; understanding requirements, identifying solutions and leading the implementation of new ways of working.

You will be responsible for the development, configuration, and functional analysis of various products

You will be expected to plan and facilitate workshops to understand and document business issues and requirements

What you'll need to succeed

Business analysis delivery experience within business and project scenario?s. Training and/or relevant qualifications in business analysis

Strong data analysis skills

High level of direct and relatable business experience, or proof of ability to understand businesses in detail

Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Self-starter, proven experience of working independently

Related IT knowledge and use of packages to achieve analysis and presentation outcomes

Previous experience of managing business change and/or specific work packages within large scale projects

Experience of working with third-party suppliers and internal teams

Good working knowledge of all MS Office Products

Knowledge of relational database design and management

As a minimum, a working knowledge of information security polices, processes and procedures

Knowledge of SQL including writing scripts to query and update databases
