We have a variety of hours and working days available for registered Health Visitors and School Nurses (SCPHN) providing flexible opportunities to suit your personal circumstances. We would love to hear from you, if you would like to discuss the opportunity in more detail please contact Alison Cox.
You will work within a corporate team and be rostered to work in the Single Point of Access hub covering a defined geographical area. Led by Team Leaders and with the support of various dedicated health professionals, including Health visitors, School nurses and community health workers we strive to deliver an excellent service to the Children, young people and their families living in our Community.
You will be experienced in leading and managing changing and challenging workload priorities. You will work in close partnership with community, voluntary and statutory agencies; multiagency working and safeguarding children will be an integral part of your role.
The successful candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
