As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons
& Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with
whom we would encourage you to engage on a regular basis. You will

What are we looking for?
Simmons Adaptive are looking for an experienced Interim Banking
Lawyer to cover a Senior Legal Counsel position for an initial 6 month period.
This position will suit a Banking Lawyer who is able to provide legal
advice and support to teams that cover current accounts (including
overdrafts and debit cards), savings accounts and foreign exchange.
This includes product and proposition advice, advice about services,
and advice about the channels through which the products are provided.
This assignment is expected to be completed on an entirely remote basis.
* Highly experienced Banking Lawyer
* Experience working in Retail Banking and digital
* Ability to work autonomously with little hands on supervision.
* Knowledge of Credit and Payments Law.
