The role of SHE Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company has the highest possible standards of safety, occupational health and environmental responsibility, and that these are properly and effectively implemented across the business. This will be carried out in a manner wholly consistent with Kier's SHE policies and procedures.
What do we need from you?
We need you to be NEBOSH qualified or equivalent (or demonstrable IPD / CPD equivalent) in Occupational Health and Safety with experience of working in a SHE environment. If you have Tech IOSH/ Graduate IOSH, IOSH Managing Safely and have Auditor IS001/9001/14001 then this could be the perfect role for you. You will need to have a working understanding of SHE Legislation and experience liaising with operational management, contractors and clients. Ideally you will also have working knowledge of ISO 45001 and knowledge of the SHE Assurance process including conducting audits.
