Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/ Administrator at our Clitheroe site. In Clitheroe, we manufacture traditional hot puddings under our Farmhouse Fare brand, as well as our own private label puddings.
In this role you are required to ensure all callers and visitors are handled in an efficient and professional manner, portraying a professional image, as first point of contact for any person ringing into, or visiting, the Company. You will become fully conversant with the organisational structure, be aware of how the Company operates, along with its customer / product of permits to work and site documentation is completed.
You will also provide confidential and efficient administrative support to the Factory/Shift Manager and factory management in general, as well as providing support for payroll and other administrative functions. Ensuring effective communication is provided to the Factory Manager, Group Payroll Department and Site Management Team. Support management on site visit, setting up rooms and arranging food and refreshments
Professionally handle calls and realy messages in a timely manner
Effectively deal with visitors
Assist with meeting bookings
Assist management with spend control
Handle petty cash
General admin duties
What you will need for the role / what it will take
Previous experience in a front line reception and administration role
Excellent communication skills required
