We have a great opportunity for a Quality Assurance & Assessment Administrator to join our new Quality Assurance Assessment Team.

Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual who can support the Quality Assurance Assessment Team effectively and efficiently. The post-holder will have previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in healthcare, and feel comfortable working with a degree of autonomy.
Key responsibilities will include providing a high standard of administrative support to the team, supporting the quality assessment process, support the delivery of the Integrated Governance Committee (IGC) and all relevant sub committees/ group and support the development and implementation of the Assurance Strategy in support of Circle’s business plan.
37.5 hours Full-Time – Permanent Role (London will be the base but there will be a requirement to travel across the country)
Experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare
An understanding of healthcare governance with some knowledge of assurance and assessment processes.
Experience of providing administrative support to a high level, complex meetings including agenda preparation and minute taking.
Experience of providing administrative support to multiple individuals.
A confident and demonstrable track record in using quantitative and qualitative information to stimulate performance improvementBenefits
