We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to provide high-quality `right first time` and cost-effective building services to our business and our customers. You must have a driving licence and be flexible with working weekday shifts from 8:00am – 6:00pm.
What you will need to succeed
Undertake trade work across a number of disciplines to a high standard to ensure effective Repairs and maintenance to Metropolitan assets
Assist and support other trades working in Metropolitan properties
Understand and meet the requirements of the work task and the standard required by the client
Deliver the workload to meet performance targets set by the client and management team
Ensure all duties are carried out correctly, safely and to the required standard
Promote a Health and Safety approach to undertaking tasks to ensure colleagues, customers and you are provisioned
Respect all customers, customers homes and property
Work cleanly and tidily ensuring protection is placed to customers properties and the work site is left as it was found
Assist the management team with quotations.
Promote best practise and suggest better ways of doing things
