The Marketing Executive key responsibilities will be:
Work across the marketing team and ensure all marketing activity across the business is being communicated effectively in order to maximise on all of the above, i.e. web site activity
Support projects in line with business needs, and when necessary lead cross functional project teams ensuring all involved deliver within agreed timescales
Manage 3rd party relationships to ensure the company receives the best service from the relevant suppliers, i.e. creative, database and mailing agencies etc.
Work with internal departments to ensure effective implementation and delivery of regular national product and specialism promotions in accordance with agreed objectives
Plan and prioritise future marketing campaigns, and where appropriate plans relating to in-branch activity & displays
Contribute towards and deliver a national campaign/direct marketing strategy for specialism offers, utilising the customer database to optimise communications

For the Marketing Executive role we will be looking for you to specifically demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
You would be of a graduate calibre ideally with a marketing degree or relevant CIM qualifications
Full clean driving license (essential)
Experience of the end-to-end implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns – from creative concepts through to operational delivery
Awareness of methods for calculating potential ROI of marketing campaigns
Strong influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills – 'making things happen' – without direct authority is essential, as is the ability to solve problems
Ability to work under pressure, and deliver multiple projects to tight deadlines is a must
Must be competitive and results driven, with the ability to identify an opportunity and act upon it
Must have excellent organisation and planning skills
Flexibility in relation to travel requirements
