Do you have a passion for customer service and organisation? We're looking for someone with a keen attention to detail to join our Learning & Development Team as an Administration Assistant.
You will support the wider L&D team to provide high quality customer service and administrative support. The team you'll join are friendly, fun and supportive-you'll be actively encouraged to develop your skills and grow into your career in a positive environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Work with the Apprenticeship Learning Partner to support the organisation of our apprenticeship programmes, including co-ordination of training dates and groups, booking venues and hotels, sending information to participants and helping to support queries
Assist in collecting feedback on programmes from participants
Assist in creating documents that promote our apprenticeship training programmes
Assist in the promotion of Saint-Gobain's apprenticeships via digital channels
When required, attend meetings to assist with note taking and create presentations
Manage documents and contracts, ensuring that all contracts and paperwork are in place for all external providers
Support our L&D team with administrative tasks to support workflow
Create purchase orders and ensure invoices are processed for payment
Support with the budgets by raising of POs, investigating financial queries and running of reports
Arrange ad hoc meetings, bookings, hospitality and travel, diary management as requested
Ensure that all contracts and paperwork are in place for all external providers
Comply with all Company policies and procedures (HR, Health & Safety, Business Controls, etc.) and Principles of Conduct and Action
What we're looking for in a Learning & Development Administration Assistant:
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft software packages
High level of customer service to both internal and external customers
Proven ability to remote work with minimal virtual supervision
Good organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise efficiently
Able to manage multiple workloads
