We are now looking for an Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join one of our lively sales teams.
– Salary of £28,000 – £32,000
– Performance-based bonus (OTE up to £40,000)

As an Internal Sales Co-ordinator, you will be tasked with joining an existing team of five and focusing on B2B sales to our Fire Depot distributor database, ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience is delivered.
Overseeing an assigned territory, you will identify sales opportunities and develop further growth from existing customer accounts. You will also build new business and manage a sales pipeline.
This engaging role will see you producing strong conversion rates, carrying out follow-up calls and negotiating pricing with customers. You’ll also be in the thick of sales, scheduling appointments for Regional Sales Managers to attend and preparing plans that support the Regional Field Sales Manager such as researching customers and providing relevant data.
To be considered as an Internal Sales Co-ordinator, you will need:
– Previous sales experience including a track record of managing a B2B sales pipeline, monitoring opportunities, sourcing leads and driving meaningful sales conversions
– Good commercial acumen
– Excellent keyboard and computer/IT skills and typing speed
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport using email, telephone, and video
– The ability to pick up verbal and audio cues in sales conversations
– An efficient and organised approach and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
– Passion for achieving and exceeding targets
– At least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A*-C including English and Maths
