HR Systems Analyst – 12 Month FTC
To support and maintain the HR Systems infrastructure and people related systems, databases and associated processes. Ensure that they are robust, fit for purpose and meet business requirements, operational needs and contribute to the efficient running of the newly created MyHR.
To provide expert guidance, support and training to the users of the HR & people related systems on systems and related process matters.
Undertake the role of "Super User" for all HR and people related systems used by MyHR and site HR and act as the main point of contact and resolution for queries relating to data, reporting and system usage from end users.
Ensure data integrity across all HR and people related systems by running ad-hoc queries, frequent integrity checks and analysing data.
Carry out bulk changes and imports as required, including hourly rate bulk updates, national minimum wage increases etc.
Provide expert and effective systems training and advice to new users of any people related system and develop and maintain user and system documentation guides.
Maintain security and permissions architecture for all HR and people related systems and processes, including but not limited to: HRIS, MyHR, Netdocs, Absence Management Portal and Line Manager SharePoint site.
Assist the HR System Manager with system and data governance, audit controls, security and GDPR compliance relating to systems and data ensuring the confidentiality of Bakkavor's information is safeguarded. Including deputising at the Group GDPR Committee Meetings, when required.
Support board reporting and any other governance reporting required from time to time and be the HR champion for QlikView or any other reporting tool used by the organisation.
Work closely with the HR Systems Manager & HR Transformation Project Team to review and re-engineer existing HR processes to ensure that they are efficient and fit for purpose for a shared service new way of working. Maximise efficiency and exploit existing technology to automate processes enabling self-service, wherever possible.
Responsible for the resolution of helpdesk and email queries/issues relating to the use of any people related systems, referring more complex queries to the HR Systems Manager as required.
Assist with processes relating to system upgrades, patches or development work to any HR and people related systems including reviewing release notes, formulating and running system tests, and troubleshooting.
Provide support for the automated absence line and absence management reporting, resolving any issues with data reporting atting etc
