Hotel Services Specialist

About The Role

As Hotel Services Specialist, you will take an operational lead in promoting and improving the company's hospitality and customer care services.

You will support our Care Homes to deliver menu compliance effective infection control processes and a quality Hospitality service to Residents and ensure standards and agreed practices are carried out in a safe, individual, innovative and inclusive manner.

About You

You will be a solutions-focussed self-starter and accomplished communicator, ideally with experience of working in a regulatory environment in a health / care home setting.

You will be e ducated to degree level in Catering related field, and hold a Food Hygiene qualification equivalent to Level 4.

The role will involve visiting HC-One Homes' within South England, so you must be prepared to travel within the role.
