Job Opportunity
* To complete and conduct competency assessments using Safe Systems of Work Training materials in the Factory
* Administration of all paperwork and uploaded evidence to Employees file
* Liaise with L&D Coordinator to ensure all training interactions are uploaded to Master Training Matrix
* Complete all training interactions in a timely manner
* Review and renew Training Material (SSOW)
* Complete all legal compliance Training (Manual Handling)
* Support with all Training on Site
* Respond to requests and conduct competency assessments and sign off training for all staff, including CCP’s
* Review and re rain competency assessments on previously signed off staff at the required frequencies
* Complete various administrative tasks, including paperwork, audits and general computer work
* Support and complete any amendment training as required by management or needs of the business
* Support the learning and Development department to ensure it is audit ready at all times
* Demonstrate the Values in everything you do and ensure they are embedded into the Training process
* Complete any personal development training to improve or assist with the role
* Complete all sign off paperwork in a timely manner and process ready to be saved to individual digital training folders
* Attend weekly L&D meetings to communicate weekly training figures and planned assessments

* Basic IT skills
* Experience working in the food industry ( Not essential)
* Teaching or training experience ( Not essential)
* Ideally Grade c or above in Maths and English ( or equivalent) This is not essential but must be able to demonstrate a competent level of both
