Are you a proficient user of e-roster systems? Are you skilled in educating others how to adopt usage of the system and ensuring best-practice roll out?
Join the team at Thornford Park hospital in Thatcham on a 12-month fixed term contract and support the re-introduction of the Quinyx Roster system and support the hospital in transitioning across to a full e-roster solution.
You will work with Ward and Clinical Managers to develop and implement staff rosters that support the sites' services and will work with the Quinyx Project Team to implement Quinyx Roster to improve and support the sites staffing.
Working with Quinyx project colleagues, you will achieve full implementation of Quinyx at Thornford Park Hospital initially, and then work to support other sites as required.
Responsibilities will include:
Working with the Quinyx Roster and Temployer Project Teams to ensure successful delivery of the Quinyx Roster project across the hospital
Co-ordinate and plan the phases of the Quinyx Roster and facilitate the preparation work in all areas
Work with key staff to implement Quinyx Roster system across all wards and departments
Co-ordinate, arrange and deliver system training to all staff, including managers
Act as an advocate for Quinyx at the site and be involved with project communications
Provide system management and user support for the Quinyx Rostering system
Work alongside managers, staff and their associated management teams to implement identified developments
You will be the required to travel to other sites to support in the Quinyx implementation.
Things you will have:
Previous experience of working with an e-roster system
Previous experience within a healthcare setting and in project management
Previous experience of using ESR/HR payroll systems
Presenting Performance Management/KPI and database administration data to senior management teams
Experience of coaching and training to varying groups of staff and level of expertise
It would be beneficial if you also had experience of influencing, motivating with others to achieve change, managing the monthly e-rostering payroll process and developing reports and implementing new reports into operational practice.
