As a Care and Education Support Worker you will be delegated as a key worker to a learner and provide learning support under the direction of a specialist tutor. You will offer high standards of personal care support in line with the individual’s person centred plan. To make sure healthcare and
medical needs are met at all times, including medication administration.
You will work with our citizens to provide opportunities for them to experience independent living activities within their day to day roles and
update learner/citizens care plans consistent with appropriate levels of support and care needs.
The FE team operate on a shift pattern of 7 on, 3 off, 7 on, 4 off and shifts of 06.45-14.45 and 14.30-22.30.
You will have a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent or be willing to work towards this qualification and be meds trained
and qualified or able to complete qualification within the first six months of role.
