Business Support Manager
Part of the Churchill Group, Chequers Contract Services Ltd is a multi-award winning service provider of School, Office and Commercial Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping and Arboriculture services to many distinguished clients across Greater London and the South of England.
We are now seeking to hire an experienced Business Support Manager to provide administration support to the region, Managing Director and Regional Director. As Business Support Manager you support and produce key client and operational reports, you will also be the point of contact for enquiries which will require you to liaise with a range of clients and customers.

As Business Support Manager you will be responsible for:
Support and production of key client and operational reports, financial reporting
Tend to telephone calls / emails regarding new business enquiries, queries from Account Managers, clients and head office departments.
Prepare and send letters and emails to clients, job applicants or suppliers as necessary.
To attend formal meetings completing minute taking and reporting back accurate information to the Line Manager.
To complete weekly & monthly reports within deadlines set in line with the business requirements and ensure relevant head office departments meet their reporting deadlines.
Liaise with Account Managers for any vacancies advertising where necessary, keeping customers up-to-date with vacancies as part of social value commitments.
Manage recruitment and training programmes for apprentices across the business.
Support the induction of new managers into the business, planning inductions and other training.
Monitor new business and assist in the preparation of new business documents As Business Support Manager you will have the following expertise and attributes
Able to work independently or as part of a team
An effective communicator with good telephone and interpersonal communication skills at all levels
Able to attain an accurate and consistent standard of service with a high level of competence in word processing, including formal presentation of letters, reports and other documents.
Uses judgement to know when to ask for help and guidance
Builds appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with employees and line managers
