A fantastic opportunity for an experienced process owner who has in depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) specifically the recruitment and onboarding modules has arisen at Bakkavor.
As we embark on the biggest HR system transformation project in Bakkavor's history, you will play a key part in the project as we implement Success Factors into Bakkavor.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the data structures and content of the relevant SuccessFactors (SF) module are aligned with the agreed core data elements, that they are accurate, up to date, and that dependency of each data field across the wider SF suite are known and understood.
You will be responsible for the "as is" and "to be" global processes of the relevant SF module and support the development of standardised global processes for the successful delivery and implementation of the SF module within the agreed timescales.
The successful individual will work with the Implementation Partner (GPS) and Bakkavor IT to prepare and execute the testing plan for the relevant SF module, including preparing scripts, plans and execution.
We are looking for individuals who have proven HR related experience at an Analyst level. With proven experience of implementing a cloud based HR system in one of the relevant core modules (eg: Recruitment), from one of the leading suppliers, preferably SuccessFactors.
Role Accountabilities:
Assist the Workstream Lead in ensuring that the data structures and content of the SuccessFactors (SF) module is aligned with the agreed core data elements, ensuring data integrity and understand the dependency of each data field across the wider SF suite.
Own and understand the "as is" and "to be" global processes of the relevant SF module and support the development of standardised global processes.
Responsible for the design and configuration of decisions and ownership of all client side documentation for the relevant SF module.
Highlight any risks and issues and any interdependencies with other workstreams to prevent conflicts of interest, overlap of work and misunderstandings.
Liaise with the IT Workstream Lead and Integrations Lead to ensure plans are aligned and relevant interdependent tasks as planned and managed for the relevant SF module.
Work with the Implementation Partner (GPS) and Bakkavor IT to prepare and execute the testing plan for the relevant module, including preparing scripts, plans and execution.
Understand and document requirements of reporting for relevant SF module, including dashboards, insights, etc. With support from GPS and IT develop and test the required reports and dashboards.
Support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures related to end to end processes and provide technical support during hypercare and early adoption of the SF module
