Part-Time Bookkeeper (10–25 hours/week) | Remote & Flexible | Up to £45k (pro rata)

Our client is a small and rapidly growing accountancy practice. Increased workload means that they are now looking to appoint a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support their expanding client base.

The Role:

Hours: 10–25 hours per week (flexible depending on your availability)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)
Location: Remote (East Midlands Preferred)
Start Date: Immediate start available - Permanent or Temp to Perm

You’ll be working directly with the firm’s diverse range of clients, providing day-to-day bookkeeping services, including:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Bank and credit card reconciliations
VAT returns
General bookkeeping support
Liaising with clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth financial processes

Ideal Candidate:

Solid bookkeeping experience (experience in a practice setting is a strong advantage)
Comfortable using cloud-based accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks
A strong communicator, organised, and self-motivated
Able to work independently and manage a flexible, remote schedule
