Are you an experienced electronics assembler looking to join a collaborative and supportive team? We are currently recruiting a Solderer to support electronic assembly operations at our Waterlooville facility.

This is a hands-on role that involves both board-level and box-build assembly. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent soldering skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities:

PCB assembly, including SMT and PTH soldering

Cable assembly using crimping tools

Electro-mechanical assembly

Interpreting and working from BOMs and engineering drawings

Performing PCBA rework when required

Ensuring all work meets required quality standards

Skills & Experience:

Experience with IPC 610 standards 

Strong PTH and SMT soldering skills

Confident working with fine-pitch components under a microscope

Good component recognition and technical understanding

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

Inspection experience (desirable, but not essential)
