Job Opportunity: Caretaker Driver – East London (£14.50/hr | 35–40 hrs/week)

We’re hiring for a Caretaker role that may occasionally involve covering the Bulk Collection Team when needed.

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to help maintain, organise, and improve various residential sites. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality caretaking services that meet and exceed customer expectations.

You’ll work independently and as part of a team, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the ongoing development of the service. Key Responsibilities:

Internal and external cleaning of residential estates

Sweeping and litter picking

Changing bins

Internal window cleaning

General caretaking and maintenance duties

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS check (mandatory)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role

A strong track record in cleaning and maintenance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures

Capable of using appropriate tools and equipment

Committed to delivering high-quality work that meets client standards
