𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 as an Assistant Building Surveyor:

Assisting with building surveys, condition assessments, and inspections across a range of property types.
Preparing reports on building defects, repairs, and maintenance.
Supporting senior surveyors in managing refurbishment and construction projects.
Helping clients with advice on building regulations and compliance.
Involvement in dilapidations surveys, party wall matters, and general property-related issues.
Contributing to the preparation and review of project specifications and tender documents.𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮?

A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
12 months consultancy experience as an Assistant Building Surveyor
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
An eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Full support for your APC to become a Chartered Surveyor.

£35,000 - £40,000 salaryMentorship from experienced professionals.
